 Bringing Moyo to my home.
« Thread Started on Sept 19, 2007, 10:53am »

Zanzibar paced with ease onto the wide plains of his home. He snorted with delite as the wind swept his mane backand sang thuogh his ears. He let out a great sigh and tucked his nose into his chest. He turned gracefully and looked at Moyo and said "well this is my home I hope you like it?". He Hoped she'd like it for he was starting to like her and could tell she needed help. He smiled at her gently and said "well do you like it?".

She wanted to start laughing uncontrollably, but decided that it might give the wrong impression. "Well, since I appear to be at a loss in shelter, I guess so," she said with a laugh. "I am happy to stay here!" she added.

Then said "well.... thanks so watcha wanna do?'' he looked at her hopefully as if to say 'wanna race?'. he snrted and pawed the earth tossing his head and pacing in place. He sopped prancing and lowered his magestick head down and yanked up a mouthfull of tender grass. Chewing slowly he watched her.

She sighed as he ate. She pranced a little, feeling like there were frogs in her hooves. "Let's race!" she blurted out, not wanting to just stand around all day.

He tossed his head with glee, prncing in place. He looked at her his eyes glowing. He had become the playfull colt he realy was. He snorted playfully and gave her a look that said 'catch me if you can'. Then he whirled around in a Quarter horse fashen and reared up at the same timd pushing off powerfully from the ground, sending him in a graceful arch though the air.

As he landed he streaked of across the wide open plains. His high and his tail arched gracefully, he subbsided into his own uneek gate in witch was a sort af gallop and pace cross. It was wonderfully smooth and natual to him. He did not apeard to have dificulty like other horses he just sailed alow with grate ease. He looked back at Moyo his eyes dancing with the wind and the sun.

Moyo jumped at his head start, but he was no match for her. She smirked, then busted into a full on gallop. Still a little sore, it was hard to get from trot to canter, but she made it to gallop, striding along the ground.

The terra was soft and it began to feel like home. A warm sensation flooded through her, like she could fly! She saw a small ledge jetting out. She picked up her speed and jumped gracefully of the ledge. Her mane and tail swayed delicately in the wind. She wanted to stay up there forever...

When her hooves hit the ground, reality came back with a jolt. Her legs bent in surprise as she landed. Limbs not able to handle her, she collapsed. Her bodice first, then her head fell, but she made it so her head hit as soft as she could.

Zanzibar sidestepped in surprise as Moyo slid past him; he snorted and raced up next to her, but he still could not quite match her speed as they raced toward a small ledge. He cleared it easily. But was not expecting the hard landing. His hooves struck hard and buckeled under him. As the ground sped up to him he tucked his head under so as to make shure not tohurt himself.

He landed with a thump and slid a couple of feet before stopping. Slowly, he acsamined himself so as to be shure he was OK, and he was. So he heeved himself to his feet, shook, and went over to Moyo as to enshure she was alright as well.

Moyo wheezed and heaved herself off her side. She didn't feel a lot of pain, but more shock. She loved the moments in the air. SHe saw that Zanzibar had cleared it as well. She chuckled as her limbs struggled to bring her upright. "Well, what a rush!" she exclaimed once she was on her hooves. She shook her bodice and sighed.

Zanzibar nodded in agreemant and said "that was fun! You wanna do it again" his eyes shone with excitment. He had loved the spit second he had been suspended in nothingness. He hoped he didn't seem foolish; the thing was he didn't realy want to be stuck on this side of the ledge.

She nodded quickly. She began to trot towards the setting sun. Life was slow and peaceful here. It was lovely...

zanzibar paced along behind her toward the rift in the earth. He liked his life hear it was slow and peacful with hardly any disterbinces and little reason to leave. He let out a great sigh of content as he gathered himself for the leap.
